Lumino Kids Development Centre

Lumino Kids Development Centre is Waterloo Region's newest home for child-led ABA therapy, early intervention, and family support.

Based in Cambridge, Ontario and welcoming families from across Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and surrounding communities, we offer developmental support rooted in the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis - guided by the belief that learning should be child-led, motivating, and genuinely joyful.

We built the centre we'd want for our own kids: a warm, sensory-friendly space where every program is shaped around who your child is, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Our services include ABA Therapy with individualized programs targeting communication, daily living, and social skills; Early Intervention (EIBI) with high-intensity programs for children 18 months to 5 years; Parent Coaching with strategies that carry into dinner, bedtime, and the car ride home; School Consultations that partner with educators so support is consistent everywhere; Therapy Consultation connecting families with Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists; and Social Skills Groups.

Our work is safety-first, data-driven, and collaborative. We're led by a Registered BCBA with over ten years of clinical experience, and staffed by trained behaviour technicians who genuinely love the kids they work with. We accept both Ontario Autism Program (OAP) funding and private-pay clients, and we're happy to help families navigate the OAP application process.

Now accepting pre-registrations. Families who register early receive priority placement and will be among the first to step into our space when we open.
