Knowledge of condominium governance, legal requirements, and administrative processes, including bylaws, policies, and board support.
Financial management capabilities, such as budgeting, expense tracking, reserve planning, and reviewing financial statements.
Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills for working with residents, boards, vendors, and internal teams.
Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy on-site environment.
Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office) and property management systems or databases.
Relevant experience in condominium or residential property management; designation such as RCM or other property management certification is an asset.
