Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys solving complex problems, developing people, and making things work better every day? At TIGER Drylac Canada, we’re looking for a Maintenance Manager who can bring technical expertise, leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset to our Guelph facility while helping strengthen maintenance practices across our North American operations.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact: from improving equipment reliability and preventive maintenance to developing your team and supporting initiatives that keep our operations moving forward.

- Oversee facility maintenance, including building operations, cleaning services, plant security, and coordination with external contractors and suppliers.
- Manage spare parts inventory and support maintenance budgeting and cost control.
Lead and develop a strong maintenance team
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while creating opportunities for ongoing learning and growth.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee recognition.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement through clear communication and regular team meetings.
- Help ensure the team has the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed.
Drive continuous improvement across North America
- Support maintenance supervisors at our North American plants with troubleshooting, technical guidance, and best practices.
- Contribute to the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), maintenance procedures, and SAP maintenance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance workflows, equipment performance, and coordination between teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production needs and deliver a positive internal customer experience.
Make safety and quality a priority
- Ensure maintenance activities meet applicable health and safety requirements.
- Participate in safety committee meetings and incident investigations.
- Support our ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 management systems and help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient facility.
