We are seeking an experienced Shift Security Supervisor to join our large team in Milton, Ontario.

Position Overview:
Position: Shift Security Supervisor
Pay Rate: $ 22.70
Location: Milton, Ontario
Stift timings: Friday to Tuesday (1300 to 2100)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supervise and support a team of frontline Security Guards.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in line with client's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP)
- Conduct investigations, complete incident reports, and follow up with key stakeholders.
- Consult with law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, tenants, and mall management.
- Maintain compliance with Securitas operating procedures and client mall protocols.
- Supervise and support a team of frontline Security Guards.
Qualifications:
- Security Supervisor experience (2 yrs minimum).
- Experience scheduling guards would be preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Full G driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
- Supervisor experience in mall environment considered asset.
A valid G driver’s license is required. Successful candidates must provide a recent driver’s abstract as a condition of employment.
