Attendant and rate-card exceptions
A PAL card belongs to the person with the disability. The accompanying friend, relative or worker can change from visit to visit. The attendant supports communication, mobility, personal care or access; it is not a general free ticket for another participant.
River Run Centre and Sleeman Centre tickets remain charged for the support person under the source’s exceptions. A Leisure Access Card gives the applicable senior recreation rate, not free participation or membership in Guelph-Wellington Seniors’ Association clubs.
The organized-group rental subsidy can be 47.5% of the regular rental fee, with only one subsidy per booking. Ask Accessibility Services to establish eligibility before committing to a rental.
