Credit timing and contact
Approved rebates are applied to the water bill within 10 weeks of approval. The 2026 billing transition placed water billing directly with the city; the rebate is a bill credit rather than a promise of cash payment.
Multi-residential, industrial, commercial and institutional properties can need a site inspection. The city can change or cancel the program, and eligible models can change with WaterSense standards.
